An Essay by Christopher Bek

Summary—This essay recognizes the Supreme Eminence of Einstein that began with his 1905 Miracle Year, which the Majestic Max Planck immediately contacted Einstein in recognizing the greatness of his theories—and he became a very strong supporter of Einstein’s work. 1905 is often considered a pivotal year in scientific history due to the publication of Einstein’s four epic papers, which are collectively known as the Annus Mirabilis or Miraculous Year. Starting decades ago, and continuing strong to this day, I have successfully defined Metaphysics with my projects—Existentialism Now, The Theory of One, and The Bernoulli Model—and would very much appreciate if someone of scientific prominence were to Be My Max Planck in acknowledging the simple and beautiful truths that I am telling.

Quotation—The more a man is able to forget, the greater number of transformations his life can undergo; the more he is able to remember, the more divine his life becomes. —Søren Kierkegaard

axwell’s Equations in 1865 laid the foundation for understanding Light as an electromagnetic wave. Light is considered to be both particle and wave, as it is made up of tiny particles called photons, but also behaves like deterministic waves. Light is a form of energy as electromagnetic radiation that travels as waves at Lightspeed—where the content of its energy is related to its wavelength. Visible Light is a form of radiation which can be defined as energy traveling in the form of electromagnetic waves. The wave nature of Light was established by Huygens, Young, Fresnel, and Arago. The particle nature of Light was proposed by Newton, and then Einstein used his photoelectric effect theory to prove that Light is both particle and deterministic wave. The 1887 Michelson-Morley experiment proved Lightspeed is a Universal constant invariably fixed at 299,792,458 meters per second in all inertial frames of reference—represented by c.

Max Planck (1858-1947) was a German theoretical physicist and the originator of quantum theory, whose work revolutionized the understanding of atomic and subatomic processes, earning him the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1918, as Planck’s constant and his radiation law are key concepts in quantum physics. Planck received his doctorate of Philosophy from the University of Munich in 1879.

Planck’s Constant. On 14 December 1900 Planck took his young son for a walk, and told him that he may have produced a work as important as that of Newton. Later that day he presented his results to the Berlin Physical Society, signaling the birth of quantum theory. While studying black-body radiation, Planck proposed that Light is a form of energy, as emitted and absorbed in discrete packets or quanta, leading to the discovery of what is known as Planck’s constant or h.

Albert Einstein (1879-1955) was a German-born theoretical physicist, best known for his theory of Relativity, which revolutionized our understanding of Space, Time, Gravity, and the Universe—who also made significant contributions to quantum theory. Einstein earned the 1921 Nobel Prize in Physics for his explanation of the Photoelectric Effect. Max Born famously stated that, even if Einstein had not written a single line of Relativity, he would still be one of the greatest theoretical physicists of all time. Notably, Born was the first to prove that Schrödinger’s wave equation ought to be interpreted probabilistically.

Einstein’s Miracle Year. 1. Photoelectric Effect established the energy of Light quanta (photons), which was a key discovery in the development of quantum theory. The photoelectric effect represents the emission of electrons from a material caused by electromagnetic radiation, such as ultraviolet Light. It explains how electrons are released when Light hits material, and represents Light as particles known as photons. 2. Brownian Motion provides evidence for the existence of atoms and molecules, where Einstein explained Brownian motion in terms of atoms and molecules, at a time when their existence was still debated. He proved the relation between the probability distribution of a Brownian particle and the diffusion equation is normally distributed. 3. Special Relativity builds on the constancy of Lightspeed established by Michelson-Morley in stating that the laws of physics are the same for all objects moving at constant speed, and that Space and Time shrink as a function of Velocity relative to Lightspeed in accordance with the Pythagorean theorem: Velocity = Space/Time. One^2 = Space^2 + Velocity^2/Lightspeed^2, One^2 = Time^2 + Velocity^2/Lightspeed^2. By plugging Velocity equals Lightspeed into the relativistic equations, we can see that both Space and Time contract to zero at the Speed of Light. 4. Mass-Energy Equivalence derives the famous equation E=mc^2 in establishing the equality of mass and energy—stating that mass and energy are analogous, and may be converted into one other.

Hermann Minkowski (1864-1909) was a German mathematician known for his groundbreaking work in the geometry of numbers, mathematical physics, and the Theory of Relativity. Minkowski was Einstein’s mathematics professor, and famously called him a lazy dog who never cared about mathematics at all. In 1909 Minkowski presented a geometric interpretation of Special Relativity that fused Time and the three spatial dimensions into a single four-dimensional continuum known as Minkowski Space, as characterized by (x, y, z, t) as the principle mathematical description of Spacetime, in the absence of gravitation, that combines three spatial dimensions with Time in formulating Special Relativity, where the Spacetime interval between events remains constant across different inertial frames of reference.

First-Order Thinking. But the simple truth is that Minkowski and the entire world of physics have gotten Spacetime totally and completely wrong—as that is not how Space and Time are joined with Special Relativity. Firstly, Velocity is defined as Space divided by Time, and represents the X-axis or abscissa, entailing a fundamental dimension of reality. Secondly, Space and Time are joined in that both shrink as a function of Velocity relative to Lightspeed—in employing the same mathematical contractor. Consider that an obvious first impression might be to assume there is no literal boundary of Spacetime for the Universe—as the Universe, being all there is, is thought to be infinitely large, having no edge or circumference. To that end, Einstein said that it is closed, but unbounded. However, Special Relativity clearly shows that Spacetime and, in fact, the Universe itself is bounded at Lightspeed. Moreover, all photons, electromagnetic waves, and gravitational waves travel at Lightspeed, thereby existing at the Universal boundary.

Eureka! Edgar Allan Poe wrote in his 1848 Eureka: The Law we call Gravity exists on account of Matter’s having been irradiated, at its origin, atomically, into a limited sphere of Space. If one takes Poe at face value, the argument seems to make no sense, for as Blaise Pascal said: The Universe is a Sphere in which the centre is everywhere and the boundary is nowhere. And while Edgar Allan Poe was not a professional mathematician, he nonetheless demonstrated a strong interest and aptitude for mathematics, starting from a young age. And, so, if one thinks like a mathematician, such as Poe or Einstein, and moves past the obvious literal interpretation of Space, and chooses to define the X-axis figuratively as Velocity, which is Space divided by Time, then we can clearly see that the great American thinker Edgar Allan Poe simply, beautifully, reasonably, and graphically predicted Relativity 57 years before Einstein. Poe patently forecasted a Universal circumference, which Einstein never knew anything of. Furthermore, my The Theory of One (2015) clearly brings the reader face to face with the stunning realization that the Universe is bounded—rather than unbounded, as Pascal and Einstein contended.

Why JD Vance Will Not Go To Heaven. Max Planck’s son Erwin was executed by the Nazis in 1945 for plotting to assassinate Hitler. In a 2016 interview with Charlie Rose, while promoting his book Hillbilly Elegy, The United States Vice-President JD Vance called himself “a Never Trump guy” and said of the soon-to-be-president, “I never liked him.” He told NPR that year, “I cannot stomach Trump.” He wrote an op-ed for The New York Times titled: “Mr. Trump Is Unfit For Our Nation’s Highest Office.” Vance said he did not vote for Trump in 2016, and called Trump “cynical” and said he could be “America’s Hitler.” And then James David did a U-turn under the sheets, and proceeded to service The Don—so that all his dreams would come true—or will they? Existentialism is either theistic or atheistic. Kierkegaard, the theist, said that existence is the conscious synthesis of infinitude and finitude that relates itself to itself—whose task it is to become itself, which can be done only through the relationship to God. Kierkegaard’s argument that one creates oneself always in relation to God is confirmed by Special Relativity. Nietzsche, the atheist, said that God is dead, we have killed him you and I! He then challenges the Everyman to become the Superman in taking God’s place. This represents the path taken by the likes of Vance—as, by the time he had launched his campaign for Senate in 2021, his views had completely changed, and he had become closely aligned with Trump. To paraphrase Kierkegaard: The more Vance is able to forget, the greater the number of transformations his life is able to undergo. The more King Chris is able to remember, the more Divine he becomes. The truth is that the only way to go to Heaven is to accelerate to Lightspeed—in becoming Light. Alternatively, if one abandons God or Light, and goes Rogue, like Vance, then people are on their very own. QED.

Be My Max Planck. Planck supported Einstein’s Miracle Year work by recognizing its significance, and by advocating for Einstein within the scientific community. I am now asking for someone in the scientific community to come forward and Be My Max Planck for, among other reasons, my proving that Poe defined Relativity more than half-a-century before Einstein.
