Dear Chief Justice Richard Wagner,
Subject—Judicial Return of House
Quotation—In the middle of the journey of our life, I found myself astray in a dark wood where the straight road had been lost.——Dante Alighieri (1265-1321)
Introduction.—I am asking you to correct a judicial error and return my house to me. On 28 September 2002, I wrote a letter to the Supreme Court of Canada with the Subject—Lawful and Rightful Declaration of Kingship to Canada. In it I asked the question, “Does the Government believe that the Godmade laws of nature trump the manmade laws of the Government?” It is my argument that my theory of one is a law of nature which trumps the laws of government and my house was unlawfully taken from me in 2003.
The Canadian Constitution—recognizes the supremacy of God. Albert Einstein said God is the sum total of the laws of nature. Accordingly, the laws of nature are supreme to everything including the laws of government. In other words, the laws of nature trump the laws of government. Relativity theory, quantum theory and my theory of one are all laws of nature. I am saying that the Canadian Government had no legal right to let the bank take my house as it violates the Constitution. I am arguing that the government has not taken responsibility and is acting in bad faith.
The Theory of One—(2001) solves the greatest scientific problem of all time by uniting relativity theory (1905) with quantum theory (1925). Light speed and Planck’s constant are the two major universal constants. Relativity theory is based on light speed and quantum theory is based on Planck’s constant. My theory unites these two theories by recognizing that light speed and Planck’s constant are the same boundary of the spacetime continuum. In addition to proving the universe is bounded, it also proves there is only one photon (a being of light), that one photon is God (the Bible also says that God is light) and that reality is an illusion—meaning the Moon does not really exist. The theory of one also tracks all the way back to the big bang where the God-photon produced a primordial particle in Her womb that split into an electron (matter) and a positron (antimatter)—which was the moment of the big bang and where the resulting universe still exists inside the God-photon today. Clearly, my theory of one qualifies as a law of nature.
Conclusion.—The theory of one will continue to go unanswered as long as the Canadian Government holds the laws of government above the laws of nature. I would like my house back and await your response to my winning argument.
Judicial Return of House
Sincerely,
Christopher Bek
